Returns Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Time Frame

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at care@the7leaves.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Step 2: Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Step 3: Shipping

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Processing

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at care@the7leaves.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Broken at your end products/ Used Products
